We are in love. Step one, beautiful handmade ceramics, step two raku firing. There is almost nothing better! These pieces are so amazing and one of a kind, and we are so so happy to have them in the shop to share with you! Please note that these are for decoration only, Raku (the ceramic firing process) is not completely water safe.  You can put water in them, but over the course of a few days left sitting, the porous nature of the ceramic may cause water to come through.

About Monday

MONDAYS is Jennifer Fiore and Nina Lalli. We met in a Monday night ceramics class and became close friends and mutual fans right away.  After a year of obsessive making and brainstorming we moved into a new studio and launched our website in 2012. Our studio is located near the Navy Yard in Clinton Hill. We welcome visitors by appointment.

Additional Info

Best for dried flowers or for a small interior flower frog to prop up flowers. Can hold water for short periods of time, but not recommended to hold water overnight. Raku is a low and quick firing process which results in a more porous ceramic.
